Dulce Milana - Hablo Español

In 2001 Dulce immigrated from San Luis Potosí, Mexico to the United States where there are endless possibilities for everyone to grow and succeed.

Dulce became involved in real estate because she wants to serve the growing Hispanic homeownership market. Dulce wants to help families find homes where they can find a sense of safety, security, and comfort. Helping families find this kind of happiness is what keeps her motivated in knowing that what she does is bettering the lives of those who put their trust in her.

As a Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®), Dulce wants to be a trusted advisor to help more Hispanic families achieve the American Dream of Homeownership to empower them for many generations to come.

Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially for first-time homebuyers. There are so many decisions and options that Dulce wants to assist with her knowledge and services to the Hispanic Community. She wants to educate you on the home buying process from identifying your housing needs, how to obtain a mortgage, how much can I afford, deciding what neighborhood, and learning about all the local schools. Dulce works with a team of Hispanic professionals to help break through the struggle of the language barriers. She is honored to be able to walk her clients through it and make sure they are comfortable every step of the way
